If ever there was a character I could relate to more than Gaius, it was Galen. Aside from sharing a name, his transition from a disgruntled idealist to a family man constantly let down to a being so filled with animosity he just wanted to be a hermit was painfully familiar.

Watching BSG last night

All the way into season 3, I finally realize that the Chief and I have the same first name, though upon googling, I find his is spelled different. Galen instead of Gaelan. But still, pretty cool. Never seen my first name anywhere else before.
